Machines, tools & Chemicals we use
We use pressure up to 4200psi and 13 hp machine for outdoor areas and 3000 psi with 7 hp machine with a high suction vacuum and surface cleaner wand for indoor flooring. In our 10 years of extensive experience in pressure cleaning services we have established the best types of chemicals to utilise in the easy removal of dirt, algae and mould from floors, grout, walls and other surfaces. We use Alkaline based products with low Ph acid on certain tiles to ensure safe and effective cleaning. For Natural Stone and Marble surfaces we use Neutralizer for the best results.
Step by Step Process
- Our team will arrive punctually to the site and will commence inspection of the area, ensuring there are water drains and will cover areas and items that could potentially be damaged by the high pressure machine and chemicals.
- We sweep the floor and clear all rubbish from the area before commencement. Our staff will then apply suitable chemicals to the floor mixed with water if required for the space before pressure cleaning begins.
- We will evenly spread the solution on the floor and let it set for an allotted amount of time to help break up dirt and grime.
- The high pressure machine will then be used with a rotary or turbo head to effectively remove dirt and grout from flooring and walls.
- Finally we dry mop or squeeze the water from the surface and remove the covering from all surfaces we protected at the beginning of the job.
- Sealer can be applied as an option once the surface is fully dried.

Yes. However, we will clean all mess at no extra charge and will take all rubbish with us upon completion of the job.
Yes. We require an outdoor tap to use our pressure cleaning machines, however, if required we can use the tap in the laundry that is connected to the washing machine.
Yes. High level balconies can be pressure cleaned. We will take the machine with us in the lift or via the stairs and if you do not have a tap on the balcony we can connect to the laundry tap connected to the washing machine or use the tap in the building common area. We can also leave the machine downstairs if the balcony is maximum three levels high and there is no lift to use in the building.
The price is per sqm for pressure cleaning services, however it may be changed to per hour depending on the size of the job.
Parking lots, basements, commercial warehouses (indoors) if there is a drainage system, driveways, roofs, outdoor common areas, balconies, patios, walls, fences and any other large outdoor areas and large indoor areas with drainage.
We can move small items from the space free of charge.
Yes. We attach a vacuum to the pressure cleaning machine and use the rotary head to avoid splashing.
