Step by Step Process for End of Lease Cleaning
- You contact our friendly staff where we will organise a time at your earliest convenience to inspect the site. Upon inspection we will provide you with an agreed upon price and will advise if there is an issue which may waive our 100% bond back guarantee.
- After agreeing on a price and a commencement date you will be assigned a minimum of two friendly and skilled workers depending on the size of the job.
- The workers will show up to your site punctually and begin by dusting the entire space. The kitchen space will be the first area of focus. During the kitchen cleaning process we will clean the oven, rangehood, stove, all cupboards inside and out, bench tops and appliances thoroughly.
- The bathroom will be cleaned after the kitchen space. All soap scum will be removed from shower screens, mould removed from tiles and walls, floors prectinley cleaned, sinks scrubbed and bleached, toilets, exhaust fans and all other surfaces left as spotless as the day the building was completed.
- Following this all windows and glass doors will be washed, and cleaning of the tracks, frames, seals and blinds completed.
- Bedroom flooring, wardrobes, mirrors, doors and all other surfaces will follow.
- A deep clean of the walls will then occur.
- We then go into the finer details of the interior of the home. Cleaning all powerpoints, lights, fans, air conditioning, skirting boards etc.
- Next the outdoor space including balconies, backyards and garages and ensuring to remove any spider webs around the property.
- Finally, we clean and scrub all hard floors and steam clean the carpet.
- Once the job is completed we encourage you to inspect the site to ensure it is up to your standard and wait for the report by the real estate agent or landlord.
- If there are any issues with the cleaning once the report comes back we ensure to return and reclean the space free of extra charge until your bond is returned in full.
